Brought our oldest of three dogs here! She is overall a healthy girl, but she developed a serious ear infection. The doctor gave her ample medicine to get rid of it. She’s feeling like a million bucks now and has her follow-up tomorrow. Definitely bringing the whole family of dogs there from now on!
Dr. Moore and her staff, who are all long-termers by the way, are exceedingly caring and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience, even when being forced to make difficult decisions. Dr. Moore has both times shown sincere compassion for both my cats and me. When I was there yesterday I noticed she is adding even more progressive treatments to her repertoire of services.
My dog was seen immediately. He got kind, compassionate care, and all my needs were met. I love taking him there for all his needs.
My cat needed an emergency appointment and Marcy was very kind and helpful in telling me what the costs were and what procedures would be needed. The doctor called me to explain the results and to discuss treatment options. I was impressed that I actually got to speak with the doctor in addition to the other staff. It truly was affordable, but I did not have to trade that for quality of care. Highly recommended!
Always 5 Star service. Immaculately clean, friendly, and compassionate staff, Dr. Risa Moore, DVM is kind, gentle, patient, and really loves the animals. Pat, the groomer, does an awesome job. Can’t say enough good things about this hospital.
Dr. Moore has been our vet for over 14 years now. She has been nothing but the best to all of our dogs that we’ve had through the years. She’s always very dedicated to our needs and has gone out of her way on several occasions to help us out. I’ve recommended my friends to her, and we are more than happy to trust her with our furkids.
This place is fantastic. They are professional and very friendly. It was our first time there and my poodles were groomed. She did an excellent job. My boys were so handsome and happy when I picked them up. I am going to be a lifelong customer. And I’d highly recommend them for all your dogs’ needs.
Dr. Moore is great! She is compassionate and caring, not to mention very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a top-notch veterinarian.
